DURING THE TROOP LEADER MEETING

TROOP LEADER MEETINGS ARE HELD ON THE SECOND WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH AT THE PATRICK HENRY VILLAGE (PHV) SCOUT HUT, ONE-STORY. 

BABYSITTING IS PROVIDED IN THE PHV SCOUT HUT, TWO-STORY, DOWNSTAIRS. 

TROOPS NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST ONE GIRL WHO HAS THE 4-H OR RED CROSS BABYSITTER COURSE , WITH CPR. PLEASE HAVE FOUR TO FIVE  GIRLS AVAILABLE TO HELP.   ONE  ADULT MUST BE ON HAND, IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY (DOES NOT BABY SIT). 

OTHER INSTRUCTIONS: Please be at the PHV2/DOWNSTAIRS at 1700, unless you receive an email that there WILL NOT be a New Volunteer Orientation (NVO).  When the parents arrive with their children, please have them SIGN-IN on the form provided.  The Troop Leader Meeting will end no later than 2000.  The room must be straightened and the trash taken out before you leave.
