IT'S REGISTRATION TIME--Click
HERE to download everything you will
need to register your troop. Although
the deadline for “Early Registration” has passed, please know that our
registrar will ALWAYS accept registrations!! You should attempt to get
your registration paperwork to her as soon as possible after you have
collected it. A girl that is new to your troop can be a “visitor” for
only two meetings. After that time you should collect the
registration form in order to ensure that she is insured under the Girl
Scout insurance policy. She isn’t insured until the paperwork is turned
in. Our registrar will be at the leaders’ meeting on Wednesday night and
will try to be there early (1745) in order to start accepting your
registration paperwork. Make sure to place your name on the sign-up sheet
and she will call you when it is “your turn”!! Don’t forget that you need
to fill out a “Dues Summary” form and a Heidelberg Registrar Receipt form
each time you bring any registrations to her. And, in the bottom right
hand corner of each registration form the magic numbers are: Council
code: 709, Report Code: 634, Registration Area: 634.
